The Standards We Follow

All our work adheres to industry guidelines for metal lath overlap—minimum 1 inch on all sides, secured with corrosion-resistant fasteners every 6 inches on studs and 12 inches on horizontal runs. Our approach includes proper substrate selection and preparation. For EIFS systems, we use EPS foam board for its thermal resistance and dimensional stability. We install weep screeds at the base of walls to direct moisture out and prevent water intrusion. We apply penetrating sealers to finished stucco to reduce water absorption while maintaining breathability.
